decent stay overall
spacious apartment air conditioning equipped kitchen poor communication unhelpful service missing amenities
The apartment was very spacious. air conditioning was available in every room, a feature quite rare. the kitchen was fully equipped. Everything i needed was there.
i found communication was very poor. customer service answered questions with replies that sometimes made no sense. i was assured there would be a bidet and a washing machine, but they were absent.

some issues impacted the stay
bed bug bites poor replacement quality
the location was great for exploring the city center shops and bistros were close by
there were several issues i woke up covered in bed bug bites around midnight i had to leave immediately the alternative apartment was in an older building it was noisy and uncomfortable i believe they should refund my whole stay

Underwhelming stay. Room mismatch and slow responses
misleading advertisement slow internet
I booked an apartment advertised as having two bedrooms, but this was not the case. Instead, a full-size double bed was placed in the living room. Calling that a 'bedroom' felt misleading as it lacked any privacy. The internet connection was also quite slow, made planning our days a bit difficult. I found it hard to work around these issues .

super clean stay!
spacious apartment new kitchen
the apartment was spacious with everything needed for a pleasant stay near ujezd. beds, bathrooms, and the kitchen all felt relatively new! the staff provided clear check-in instructions and were always available online.

slow communication rude staff
the customer service really lack. communication with the hotel go slowly, they didnt respond to enquiries. when i ring them, staff were unhelpful and didnt acknowledged error. i had to pay extra. the assistant at the customer service were abrupt and quite rude. i wont stay here again.
