clean room fresh towels sound insulation plumbing noise
The room was spacious and very clean. Daily cleaning occurred with fresh towels provided. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety. Public transport access was excellent and very close.
Sound insulation was not great I could hear plumbing from other rooms. The water sounded as if it passed through a cavity wall. Noise from other rooms and plumbing noises were irritating it was a shame.

excellent stay
helpful staff wide selection convenient access ideal location
the staff was helpful . the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of items. the tram stop being so close offered convenient access around the city. i was able to easily visit various attractions due to the hotel's location.
The sound insulation was not great. I could hear some plumbing noises from adjacent rooms, a slight nuisance.

the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. i noticed that the room was very clean and well kept, ensuring a pleasant environment. it also included plenty of toiletries in the bathroom.

the reception staff were cute and readily available. they were helpful with directions and recommendations, which improved my experience. the staff called me regarding some jewelry i had left behind.

excellent stay. i'd come back.
friendly staff spacious room firm mattresses convenient tram
the hotel is near a park, so it was quiet. the city center remains easily accessible by foot, a benefit. the staff were friendly. the hotel also felt clean and spacious. i found the reception staff cute and readily available to assist. the room was spacious and well presented. plenty of toiletries were available in the bathroom. i noticed the mattresses were firm, which i liked. tea and coffee in the room were a plus. breakfast was plentiful with frequent refills. the tram stops are right outside the hotel, a convenience. trams are frequent and cover all areas quickly.
the slight rumble of the trams passing by outside was there. it did not interrupt my sleep, really. but it is something to be aware of if you are very sensitive.

The hotel's location is advantageous. It is near charles bridge. it ensures convenient access to main tourist sites and neighborhood restaurants, which are easily reachable by foot. the area around the hotel is generally tranquil.

the room included complimentary shower products and a hairdryer. a safe was available in the bedroom. the hotel provided tea and coffee making facilities. a gym was accessible wanting to exercise.
the air conditioning in my room was quite noisy, difficult to sleep comfortably. i wish it had been quieter.

a fairly unremarkable stay
constant noise unpleasant staff
Honestly, the noise was a real issue. it sounded like niagara falls whenever someone showered. i heard every little thing the neighbors did in their bathroom. Truly appalling! the scraping of chairs from the dining room downstairs echoed so badly it sounded like they were rearranging furniture in my room. i managed to sleep with earplugs but still, not great.
