street noise cramped room
The room i got was supposedly a 'superior urban' room, but it felt more like a cramped box. there was barely any space to move around, and the promised 'urban' view turned out to be a brick wall. the noise from the street was also a major problem. I heard constant traffic all night. that street noise was annoying!!!

airport transfer breakfast buffet twin bed poor bedding
The hotel organized airport transfers! It was helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, and it was included. I also found it very central.
I requested a double bed. I was given two twin beds pushed together instead. They kept getting pushed apart! The bedding was poor quality, and it gave me a rash.

inconsistent service overshadowed the stay
street noise slow service
the breakfast had good options available each morning, and i found this acceptable.
the room i got wasnt what i expected. it felt smaller than advertised, and the noise from the street kept me awake most nights. i had asked about interior rooms hoping it would be quiet, but this request went unanswered. the service was slow too.

complimentary water charging dock cleaning option convenient location
the complimentary water in the room was a nice touch i found the wireless charging dock useful i appreciated the option to exchange room cleaning for a free drink the location was convenient for exploring the city sights i had a garden view room and it was quiet and lovely
the variety at breakfast was somewhat limited for a longer stay

the building features a lot of character with wireless charging docks available in each room the 'don't clean room' option allows guests to exchange cleaning services for complimentary drinks at the bar it is an interesting concept.

the location provides easy access to attractions i was able to quickly return to the hotel when needed it is close to transit and metro lines the main train station is about a 10-15 minute walk away.

breakfast offered warm sausages bacon eggs and beans there was a selection of pastries cereals meats and cheeses available breakfast service was well-presented with fresh ingredients it can get busy so it is recommended to arrive early.

location good, but room issues
street noise broken air conditioning
The room i initially received faced a busy street. car noise persisted late into the night, hard to sleep. also, the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. I couldn't adjust the temperature and the room felt stuffy.

the location was good for exploring the city. breakfast offered a wide selection each morning. the room had a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom.
the air conditioning was not working efficiently. i found the room lighting to be quite dim. the soundproofing was inadequate i could hear street noise.

great location nice variety beautiful design small rooms single beds limited bar
The location near the Gunpowder Tower makes it easy to explore. The breakfast had A NICE variety of options. The hotel interior was beautifully designed.
Rooms were uncomfortable, VERY hot and small. I asked for two single beds but what they provided were two single beds pushed together. The bar is only open at certain times.
