The location was indeed fantastic. the room was also well designed. i found the breakfast amazing. It was worth every penny. the bed was especially good.

modern style great sauna friendly staff retro phone
i found the hotel quite modern and stylish. the sauna was a great amenity i used. the staff were friendly and helpful. i especially liked the red retro phone in the room.
i noticed the standard room was quite small for unpacking luggage. it worked for me since i was alone, but it might be tight for couples.

the room included a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. i saw the floor to ceiling windows giving a bright atmosphere. a small desk was available, yet it felt a bit small for extensive work. the room contained a small refrigerator.

the hotel provides very easy access to the central train station. several restaurants and shops surround it. i found the proximity to a fazer café very convenient. the location is close to the city centre.

i really liked the breakfast buffet, it had diverse options. the bacon was particularly top-class and tasty. i noticed they kept refilling the buffet regularly. it provides great value for money.

the staff were cute and always ready to assist when i needed help. i found them very helpful when i needed to store my luggage after checkout. they provided quick responses to my inquiries. the service met all my expectations

Acceptable but Disappointing Experience
false information unexpected charge
The hotel has a good location for getting around.
I was told at check-in that breakfast was included, so I ate there the next morning. I later found a charge on my bill for two breakfasts. I am furious that I received false information and was charged without any communication from the hotel.
