a nice experience

we recently returned from a trip. the hotel is centrally located. it was within walking distance to the historic area and shopping. the staff was friendly and professional. neihana assisted us. she gave recommendations. i greatly appreciated her going above and beyond. our stylish room had great attention to detail. i especially liked the lighting. the room was clean. the air con was easily adjustable. breakfast had many healthy options.
the rooftop bar visit was disappointing. i waited to order a drink downstairs. i was then told i could not take it upstairs.

The hotel's gym and spa facilities were both super clean. The fitness center had modern equipment to use. The hotel restaurant presented excellent food. The Kupoli Cocktail Bar offered uniquely crafted cocktails with a finnish twist.
I felt some pressure during check-in. Breakfast details were not explained. the front desk lady presented an unclear bill upon checkout. she charged my credit card then issued a refund. this poor customer service is unexpected from a five-star hotel.

the location were really good. it was close to the train station. the room was quiet though it had a heating and cooling fan. the shower were superb.
the tv don't worked as it should, and i couldn't get it fixed. i have explain everything about it. breakfast was nice. but we get the wrong order at the table every time.

This hotel had a excellent location. Rooms offer sumptuous features. I experienced an easy check in process. The breakfast featured so many options, it was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and ensured a quiet night. I enjoyed a short stay.
