elegant stay
elegant rooms buffet breakfast helpful staff
the rooms were elegant and well-kept. the buffet breakfast offered a lot of options, and everything was fresh. the staff at the front desk were very helpful, they gave great recommendations for local restaurants.
the rooftop bar got crowded, it was difficult to find a spot.

a nice stay
welcome note attentive staff amazing view
the top-floor lounge impressed me it featured a handwritten note, a cake, and macarons. the staff, especially thomas and arna, were extraordinary with their attentiveness. the view from the top floor displayed the uspenski cathedral and the white cathedral.
the room felt a bit small and lacked a desk which wasnt practical if i needed to work.

my room had large windows and plenty of light. crisp linens and a duvet were provided on the bed, i also found a choice of pillows from firm to soft, all contributing to a comfortable experience.

The location provided easy access to the train station and shopping areas. Staff members were very cute . The room was bright and well-lit, with large windows.
The air conditioning was not working correctly , made it hard to sleep at night.

Breakfast included many choices, from various vegetables and fruits to breads and hot items. Gluten-free and vegan options were available. I found the choices plentiful and fresh, the service was good.

clean hotel comfortable bed great location insufficient air conditioning loud bar elevator situation
the hotel was very clean. the rooms had comfortable beds. i found plenty of shelf space in the bathroom. the location for visiting main sites was also great.
air conditioning was insufficient. sleeping with windows open is impossible due to loud bar across the street. the elevator situation was not ideal.
