the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were really clean. the hotel had a nice design and an arty vibe.
The room was too small. there was no safe in the room. That was annoying. the room vent was loud and had to be turned off.

The hotel has a direct tram line from the port to the city center. The location is excellent. It allows you to get everywhere quickly. Breakfast included a wide variety of food, and was very tasty. The hotel is especially appealing to art lovers.
I found the pillows very uncomfortable.
