the breakfast buffet included a wide choice. the sauna on the sixth floor allowed me to relax after a long day. kamppi bus and metro station was a short five minute walk away. all the staff were lovely.
the corridor near my room felt old. the door to my room was also very old. this gave me an unpleasant feeling. the single room i booked was very narrow.

Great Location and Excellent Breakfast
city center wide selection polite staff
This place is near the city center, museums, and parks. I could walk to the zoo in about an hour. Breakfast had a wide selection of dishes and drinks. The staff was polite and helpful with all requests, I especially appreciate the packed breakfast for my early flight.
The air conditioning unit made noise at night. It sounded like water droplets. This made sleeping difficult.

friendly staff comfy beds great breakfast
I found the staff very friendly and the hotel committed to eco-friendly principles. That was great. The beds were comfy and the showers worked really well. Breakfast WAS good. I enjoyed the variety.
My room faced the street and the sound isolation was poor. Even with double glazing, noise was noticeable. I hope they fix it soon.

The hotel is about five minutes from the metro station. It is also close to central business streets, that is convenient. Malls are within walking distance too. That's a plus.

Staff offered a warm welcome and early parking before check-in. They even allowed us to get into our room earlier. Reception is open 24/7. I found that very helpful.

A lovely sauna is available and sits on the top floor. It was a great experience. The hotel bar has delicious meal options, LIKE the generous Helka salad.
