great location clean room helpful staff crowded breakfast slow lift thin wall
the location was great. the room was always clean. the staff seemed friendly and helpful .
The breakfast area was small and crowded. It was also quite warm. the lift service was sometimes slow, especially during peak hours. the walls felt thin, i could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

superb location comfortable bed
I enjoyed the superb location, right in the heart of everything. The staff were helpful and cute. I LOVED the rooftop bar. It has amazing views. The bed in my room was also very comfortable.
The noise from the rooftop bar was a bit much. It continued late into the night. It made it hard to get a completely restful sleep.

The staff provided excellent assistance with luggage upon arrival. They offered thorough explanations of the room's features. The check-in process was quick and efficient. It made settling in easier.

suite windows view hotel staff
the astronomical clock was directly visible from my suite windows, what a view it was. the rooftop bar provided fine views, i enjoyed it a lot. i found the hotel staff very polite and available
