convenient stay near the station
friendly staff clean room helpful person excellent service
The staff was very friendly! the room was clean and in good condition, i really enjoyed my stay. i asked for a quiet room and the person at reception was very helpful. They offered the best they had. the service was excellent.

Breakfast was very good. Sometimes orange juice ran out. i used the brewing facilities but i used my own coffee. there is also a great bar and a sitting area is available.

the location is close to the station, it was great for access to the train station. i walked and explored the city centre with ease. the hotel had garage parking available .

the staff was one of the nicest i experienced. i liked that you have to ask for housekeeping and not always have knocks in the morning. the team was very helpful and accommodating .

broken air conditioning heavy duvet
the air conditioning was not working. they told me it was still in winter mode? but the room was very warm with a heavy duvet. i felt quite uncomfortable sleeping there. the worst thing was i couldn't even open the window at night.

unsafe neighborhood high price
the bed were comfortable and i slept okay.
the neighborhood felt unsafe at night. there were many strange people hanging around outside and i did not feel secure. it was too expensive for what the location had TO offer.

train station friendly staff late checkout
The hotel location near the main train station offered great convenience for my travel. i checked in quickly after getting off my train (it took less than 20 minutes). the staff were friendly and helpful. i had a late checkout at 12 am. I appreciate that.
the room faced the street, and i noticed some noise during the night.

The breakfast options suited me well. I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to the railway station. The room itself was clean, a very important thing for me (cleanliness is key!).

really good customer service helpful staff solo female safety unsafe area security feeling negative impact
The staff provided Really good customer service. They helped me navigate the city. As a solo female traveler, this hotel gave me comfort and safety.
The area felt somewhat unsafe outside the hotel. I did not feel particularly secure on the streets nearby. The location impacted my experience.
