the location proved acceptable for accessing various attractions.
Breakfast proved disappointing. Food was often not replenished promptly. i found the bed to be unstable. it moved and made noise even with slight movements..

fresh linenfriendly staffmissing driveway
the hotel room was clean. the bed linen felt very fresh. the breakfast included non-beef and non-pork options, which suited my dietary needs. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the absence of a driveway made managing luggage a bit challenging, especially as i had to wheel my belongings myself from the road. it would be nice to have a trolley available to use.

the breakfast room was quite cramped , and seating was limited. it felt a bit like a rush during peak hours. my room was close to the elevator , its operation created a noticeable noise. the constant sound was somewhat distracting , impacting the overall tranquility of the stay.

great spotshort walkpleasant staff
The location is unbeatable i could walk to so many great spots. lots of restaurants were super close which was so convenient. raffles hotel and the waterfront esplanade are also within a short walk. That's awesome!
Some of the staff weren't really friendly. That's a bummer.

I found the location excellent with easy access to bus routes and the mrt system close by. Many food options were available nearby which i found really helpful. The staff were friendly and very helpful in every request i made. The breakfast offered a decent choice.
I found the hot water system needed manual activation which took a moment to figure out.

The family room was a perfect choice for four people with essential amenities provided and breakfast was kid-friendly. The room was very clean it had everything needed for a comfortable stay for the family.

The location was convenient. I could easily walk to the bay area. The room was clean, with all the basic features i needed. I could store luggage until my departure later in the afternoon (this was appreciated).
The room's air-con kept tripping out. A dehumidifier had been placed in the room because the system was old. I had to empty it every 4 hours myself. I wonder why they had not fixed it, especially knowing the humidity.
