convenient location reliable wi-fi helpful staff
I found the location convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked reliably,. The reception staff were friendly and helpful in providing directions and local tips.
The room lacked soundproofing, and I could hear some street noise at night.

The hotel is excellently situated near many tourist hotspots. It is a VERY short walk to main attractions. Public transportation options are close, and several restaurants are a stone's throw from the front door. IT was easy to explore the city.

a romantic escape!
amazing location helpful staff
The hotel's location was amazing. It seemed like the heart of the city was right at my doorstep! the staff were kind and helpful, always ready with a smile and clear directions to all the beautiful spots i wanted to explore.
i found the shower gel and soap provided were quite small, especially for two people sharing the room. a slightly larger supply would have been much more convenient for our stay.

The room was clean and tidy. It felt so refreshing to walk into a space so well kept. the bed provided a restful sleep each night. It was firm yet soft, offering the perfect balance.

while there was no dedicated hotel restaurant, the café louvre across the street was a wonderful discovery! the food was AMAZING!!! it offered delicious meals at prices that didn't break the bank, which really enhanced the overall experience.

The wifi worked very well. It allowed for seamless communication and easy access to maps and information. the hotel provided convenient access to public transportation , made getting around effortless.

I found the reception staff friendly and informative. Their guidance. they spoke english very well and answered all questions with patience.

The location proved perfect. It was so easy to reach key attractions. the staff provided friendly service and were helpful at check-in. i appreciated the cleanliness. The place was super clean.

basic stay with some drawbacks
frosted glass ineffective soundproofing
The room lacked basic amenities like a kettle, so making a simple cup of coffee was impossible! frosted glass windows combined with a grey color scheme. noise was also a problem. I could clearly hear loud guests returning late at night and what sounded like an underground train. the soundproofing was definitely not effective.

the reception staff was helpful. they assisted me with directions and local information.
The room was smaller than i expected. Space was quite limited. the noise from nearby restaurants at night was disturbing. i had difficulty sleeping due to the constant chatter and kitchen sounds. The thin walls didn't help.

excellent stay near city center
fantastic location helpful reception cheaper water convenient drinks
The location is fantastic. I could walk to many attractions. the reception was very helpful, especially with directions. i found the bottled water at the reception desk to be cheaper than in nearby shops. the soft drinks were similarly priced. That was convenient.
The room lacked a window, a detail not clear in the photos online. It was a bit of a surprise.
