great location bus stop safe walk easy reach
The location proved GREAT because a bus stop was nearby. Several supermarkets were also within easy reach. The area felt quiet and walking at night felt safe. I liked how close i was to transportation.
The air conditioning felt centrally controlled so i was unable to adjust the temperature to my preferences.

The hotel features laundry facilities and i appreciated this amenity. It allowed me to freshen my clothes and everything was functional. This added convenience to my travel experience.

A coffee station provided complimentary drinks and it had ice cubes too. This welcome addition allowed guests to enjoy refreshments at their leisure. I really felt good due to this service.

The staff members were helpful and accomodating i felt. They provided assistance with a smile and a positive attitude. Their willingness contributed positively to my time here.

the hotel is close to supermarkets and restaurants. free drinks are available. i appreciated the spacious room, including a separate bathroom and toilet.
The air conditioning is centrally controlled. I am not able to adjust the room temperature.

small room size slow elevators
I found the room size quite small. it felt cramped with two people and our luggage, especially since we had the standard double room. finding a comfortable temperature with the air conditioning was also difficult. it was either too hot or too cold. I couldn't get it just right. the elevators were terribly slow. i often waited ages.

amazing stay!!!
helpful team great location
the location was fantastic with restaurants and shopping all around! the team at the hotel were so nice and helpful, always ready with a smile. the room was a nice size for a japanese hotel and the space was well designed and organized.
the carpet in the room seemed a little old, i think it could have been cleaner.

my standard double room was spacious with a separate bathroom and toilet, a great feature for added convenience! the room had large windows offering a view of the city, it was wonderful. the room was also equipped with free amenities, it was a great touch.

The hotel offered luggage storage prior to check-in. It was helpful and convenient!!! the staff spoke both japanese and english, made communication super easy and pleasant. a supermarket was located just two doors down. It provided affordable treats.

The breakfast options changed daily. There was a fantastic variety! the breakfast included both japanese and western styles, catering to different tastes. the hotel provided welcome drinks every day until 9 pm, a very nice touch.

the hotel is located within walking distance of nishiki market, teramachi shopping street and shinkyogoku shopping street!!! the location is very central and convenient for exploring the city. several bus routes are available right outside the hotel.
