loud air conditioning indifferent staff
The room i booked felt quite cramped. It was hard to move around with luggage. the air conditioning unit rattled loudly throughout the night. also, the promised city views were largely obstructed by a neighboring building. the lack of soundproofing was a problem. I could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms. it really impacted my overall stay, frustrating. the staff seemed indifferent when i mentioned these issues upon checkout which wasn't great.

The hotel provided pajamas on the bed, a nice touch! The location is central. I found it very convenient. I also loved that the room was clean. It.

The room size was great for our family, offering enough space for everyone to move around, and it included all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was also well-kept and very clean.

subway location early check-in helpful maps
The location near the subway made getting around so easy. I appreciated the early check-in. My bags were already waiting in the room. The staff gave useful maps. They even marked train routes for me (such a great help). Breakfast had amazing options.
The room seemed a little small. It was hard to open a suitcase fully without moving around.
