The hotel was very clean. I found the staff helpful and accommodating. The toilet and shower were separated. This made getting ready easier.

I appreciated the excellent facilities located downstairs in the communal area. Complimentary snacks, juice, and coffee were available. The hotel provided a rotation of baked goods to eat. I also found the bathroom quite spacious with a well-planned design.
The shower head could be improved, as a finer head would enhance the experience slightly.

A sanctuary of peace

i found the location so convenient it was central and very calm. the subway was nearby as were convenience stores. the hotel offered a complimentary food and coffee area i found good and quite rare to discover.
the early checkout was i had to leave two days early due unforeseen circumstances. a form of compensation would have been a kind gesture especially with the room resold at a higher price. its lack felt somewhat inelegant.

the hotel features a lounge area with couches and tables a perfect spot for relaxation. staff members play records adding to the cool ambiance. free snacks and drinks plus available board games significantly enhance the experience.

the staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and a willingness to help. they arranged a taxi and scheduled an appointment with an english speaking doctor when needed. their commitment to guest well being was evident.

The shower was amazing. The bed was comfortable (as comfortable as hotels three times the price). The room was dark at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also liked the snacks and drinks, as they refreshed them throughout the day.
The hotel had only a single washing machine. It was a headache trying to use it. We needed to go to a coin laundry 500m away. I did not like this arrangement.

i enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks in the beautiful lounge area. the selection of vinyls and games was such a nice touch. the staff was ALWAYS so kind and helpful. they provided free bike rentals, it was a lovely way to explore.
the room, while beautiful, felt a touch small for ALL my luggage.
