clean hotel helpful staff separated toilet small room impractical size limited space
The hotel was very clean. I found the staff helpful and accommodating. The toilet and shower were separated. This made getting ready easier.
The room was too small for two people. I feel it was very, very small. I think it was too small to be practical.

Really good Amenities and Convenient Location
excellent facilities complimentary snacks well-planned design
I appreciated the excellent facilities located downstairs in the communal area. Complimentary snacks, juice, and coffee were available. The hotel provided a rotation of baked goods to eat. I also found the bathroom quite spacious with a well-planned design.
The shower head could be improved, as a finer head would enhance the experience slightly.

A sanctuary of peace
central location convenient subway complimentary food
i found the location so convenient it was central and very calm. the subway was nearby as were convenience stores. the hotel offered a complimentary food and coffee area i found good and quite rare to discover.
the early checkout was i had to leave two days early due unforeseen circumstances. a form of compensation would have been a kind gesture especially with the room resold at a higher price. its lack felt somewhat inelegant.

the hotel features a lounge area with couches and tables a perfect spot for relaxation. staff members play records adding to the cool ambiance. free snacks and drinks plus available board games significantly enhance the experience.

the staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and a willingness to help. they arranged a taxi and scheduled an appointment with an english speaking doctor when needed. their commitment to guest well being was evident.

the rooms are gorgeous and offer plenty of space to relax. the area is peaceful far removed from the bustling crowds. easy access to the subway makes travel convenient.

the lounge provides coffee and bread all day long. the staff is friendly and helpful. i found the room comfortable, VERY. it was nice to rent bikes at the reception to explore the area.
the room was very small. it felt too small for two people to be practical. THE location is far from the center. it seemed like an upgraded budget hotel.

The shower was amazing. The bed was comfortable (as comfortable as hotels three times the price). The room was dark at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also liked the snacks and drinks, as they refreshed them throughout the day.
The hotel had only a single washing machine. It was a headache trying to use it. We needed to go to a coin laundry 500m away. I did not like this arrangement.

i enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks in the beautiful lounge area. the selection of vinyls and games was such a nice touch. the staff was ALWAYS so kind and helpful. they provided free bike rentals, it was a lovely way to explore.
the room, while beautiful, felt a touch small for ALL my luggage.

The hotel is close to a metro station. I think it was a short walk, maybe two minutes. convenience stores like 7-eleven are just around the corner, i found. this location has easy access to many points of interest.

I liked the pastries and drinks available for breakfast. The walk to the nearby station felt quick. There also was a 7-eleven nearby. Security felt present.
The single washing machine in the hotel proved to be a headache to use.
