the location was excellent. it was quite close to many shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful. they were always ready to assist with any questions i had.
the room was rather small. there was no closet for storing clothes, inconvenient. the air conditioning made quite a bit of noise, disturbing the peace, and the internet connection was slow.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. They really enhanced my experience. the free self-service laundry was useful. i appreciated the location being so close to nishiki market. It was very convenient. the bed was really comfy!

I appreciated the hotel staff. They were always cute. the room was clean, and i found it to be a good size. the location was convenient for accessing shops and restaurants.

i found the location really good, close to the food market and diverse dining and shopping options. the room provided ample space, complemented by a large comfortable bed. the croissant service was a nice perk. i enjoyed the quiet and calm atmosphere within the hotel.
the warm water flow from the sink tap was a little weak. it was only a minor issue and did not significantly affect my otherwise positive experience.
