excellent location helpful staff friendly staff small room noisy air conditioning slow internet
the location was excellent. it was quite close to many shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful. they were always ready to assist with any questions i had.
the room was rather small. there was no closet for storing clothes, inconvenient. the air conditioning made quite a bit of noise, disturbing the peace, and the internet connection was slow.

clean room quiet room laundry unit
the hotel was clean and had everything i needed. i appreciated the quiet room despite being close to nightlife. croissants were available each morning and tasted very good. a laundry unit was accessible on the first floor at no cost.

helpful staff free laundry convenient location
I found the staff helpful and friendly. They really enhanced my experience. the free self-service laundry was useful. i appreciated the location being so close to nishiki market. It was very convenient. the bed was really comfy!
The internet was slow at times, made planning activities a bit frustrating.

I appreciated the hotel staff. They were always cute. the room was clean, and i found it to be a good size. the location was convenient for accessing shops and restaurants.
The internet connection was slow. This made it difficult to work. the room lacked a closet for storing clothes. i noticed only a small stream of warm water from the sink.

excellent stay!
food market comfortable bed croissant service quiet atmosphere
i found the location really good, close to the food market and diverse dining and shopping options. the room provided ample space, complemented by a large comfortable bed. the croissant service was a nice perk. i enjoyed the quiet and calm atmosphere within the hotel.
the warm water flow from the sink tap was a little weak. it was only a minor issue and did not significantly affect my otherwise positive experience.
