Quiet luxury in the city center
wonderful sanctuary really good attention fantastic amenities divine shower
I discovered a wonderful sanctuary a short walk from the main square. It felt safe. staff catered to every need with really good attention, really. the room had fantastic amenities, including a divine shower i especially liked. It offered a refreshing start to each day.
The only minor issue i experienced was the bathroom door's lack of a complete seal. This slightly compromised audible privacy.

The staff was very friendly and efficient . They provided clear communication and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and hospitality. i felt well taken care of throughout my visit and found the service perfect.

The breakfast spread offered an extensive and diverse selection. Fresh egg dishes were available from the menu. cappuccinos were prepared expertly with a real espresso machine. It provided a good start to my mornings there.

convenient stay
attentive staff breakfast buffet excellent service
the breakfast buffet had excellent options. wait staff were attentive during breakfast service. the front desk team was accommodating. i appreciated their professionalism during the entire process, including checkout.
the air conditioning works only in very hot month during nights, so i had bad nights. the external temperature was low, but the room remained hot. i had to keep windows open to deal with heat.

the hotel had a quiet square open to guests. its location offers easy access to busier streets. the staff were available and helpful throughout my stay. everything felt easily accessible.

eager staff central location broken door awful ac
The staff was very young and eager to help (this was a nice surprise). The location is in the very center, yet just a little away from all the crowds. I did not use the buffet for breakfast, but the à la carte menu offered excellent food and coffee.
The door to my room was broken. It didn't close unless I pulled it shut, so you couldn't double lock it. The AC was awful, so the room never got cold enough. (This was frustrating after a long day).
