convenient location large room helpful staff
The location allowed easy access to historical sites, shopping, and dining. I had a large room with a balcony. The bathroom included a separate room for the toilet and bidet. I also found a mini bar. Staff provided helpful directions.

The hotel staff provided excellent assistance with directions and local attractions. Nikita offered helpful restaurant suggestions. Mariana was very helpful with the luggage during check-out. I found the service commendable.

Breakfast featured fresh and delicious options. Many choices were available. I appreciated the cleanliness. Linen tablecloths were changed after each customer. The hotel also stored my luggage after checkout. It was a great help.

The hotel sits near a subway station. It is close to many main attractions. I could easily walk to most places of interest. The central location made exploring very convenient.

hot dishes fruit selection helpful staff
the breakfast buffet included MANY selections. it offered hot dishes, pastries, yogurts, and fruit. staff were QUICK to assist with requests and provide directions.
one receptionist seemed a little unhelpful with MY luggage.

I loved the hotel's central location. It was super close to attractions. breakfast offered lovely food choices. the staff was great and super helpful. the room was also super clean and very clean. i had a wonderful experience there

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Shower
The location was very central making it easy to get around.
The shower was not functional . The shower head would not stay in place without holding it. Hotel staff attempted repairs without success. It was still difficult to use.

some issues during stay
uncomfortable bed cold water tap
the Suite was enormous, providing ample space for our stay.
The bed was uncomfortable . The mattress creaked with every movement. the cold water tap in the shower did not work properly . it seemed like a significant oversight for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
