The hotel was clean. I was SO happy. The bed felt comfortable. The air conditioner worked GREAT (it's a MUST in summer!). I was super impressed with the powerful water pressure in the shower. The temp was amazing.
The elevators seemed VERY narrow. It was a bit inconvenient. I wish they were larger.

the location was convenient, near a metro station. the room had a well-functioning air conditioner, a definite plus. breakfast offered a decent variety, including fresh pastries.
The room was quite small. It felt cramped with luggage. there were limited amenities in the bathroom, only a 2-in-1 shower gel. i noticed some stains on the hallway carpets! they were quite visible under the dim lighting.

The room was super clean i was happy! the bed was comfortable. air conditioning worked very well. the breakfast staff were attentive. The front desk staff gave excellent explanations and support for local visits. they provided everything needed in a kind manner.
The tv remote was BROKEN. No extra amenities were available in the bathroom, only 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo were supplied.

The room location was fairly convenient to a music venue. This hotel is clean and that is acceptable.
The check-in process took way too long. The staff are unprofessional and I think they shout at the customers. I sure paid extra just to leave that horrible hotel.

the safe location and the cleanliness of the room were nice! the position walkable to a metro station and tourist placements was positive too. i could leave my suitcase there after my stay for free.
The bathroom had no amenities other than a 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo. the tv remote was broken! the staff should not have missed that. It was a big oversight.
