clean room excellent pressure
My room was very clean. The shower had excellent pressure. Staff was friendly. Breakfast included many choices and tasted good.
The stairs up are dimly lit.

convenient location great variety helpful staff
I found the location convenient! It was very easy to walk to major attractions and the area felt safe even late at night. The included breakfast offered a good variety and was a great start to each day. The staff were genuinely helpful when I needed directions.
My room had a slight street noise.

The front desk staff provided assistance with arranging transportation! They also allowed for a slightly later check-out. Their attention was very much appreciated . the staff was attentive.

The hotel is just off Gran Via on a pedestrian street, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It's a short walk to sites like the Royal Palace! Many attractions are close.

helpful staff nespresso machine efficient cleaning small room absent kettle noise
The staff helped me a lot at reception I appreciate their guidance to local attractions. My room included a Nespresso machine that I found useful. Daily room cleaning was also performed efficiently I am grateful.
My room was quite small I did not have much space. There was no water kettle available only a Nespresso machine. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms I found this disruptive.
