I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Plaza de España. The bed felt very comfortable. I also found the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby (always a nice touch) quite convenient for quick refreshments.
The soundproofing was not great, as I could sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms.

The hotel provided complimentary water, coffee and tea in the lobby around the clock. This feature greatly enhanced convenience, especially after long days exploring local attractions. The availability of these refreshments contributed positively to my overall experience.

i found the staff helpful and genuinely warm. the hotel facilities were excellent, offering all the essentials. the room was clean. the breakfast was tasty.
The bathroom was uncomfortably small. The shower door did not open very wide. the wifi was patchy. the room decor felt a bit old and worn out.

The hotel's location near the city center proved very convenient for exploring various attractions. I appreciated the work desks and the couches available in the lobby area. The free coffee and water fountain in the lobby WERE a thoughtful touch. The beds offered excellent comfort.
The wifi was a little patchy , occasionally inconvenient.
