The location is excellent. The front desk operates around the clock. This is a great feature.
The room did not quite match the photos I saw online. The room was a bit small. Two people could not move around easily.

charmed by the heart of the city
prime location useful equipment nice shower
the location was prime, we walked to main attractions with ease. i found the provided kitchen equipment useful, i did cook some of my own meals. the hot shower each morning was really nice after a long day.
the rooms has thin walls so noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway travels easely. this impacted my sleeps, specially with other guests being loud at nights. fixing soundproofing could realy improve the experience.

Staff at reception was particularly helpful, they answered my questions and provided directions. luggage storage was accessible before check-in and after checkout. I could keep exploring with no luggage. i felt well taken care of by the service.

the hotel is at gran via itself, it is close to many landmarks. santo domingo metro station is very close and its a very practical thing. several dining and shopping choices are around the location.

kitchenettes has all equipement necessary for simple cooking, i did found it neat. i found the building does have an elevator, it is a super plus. the building and hotel felt safe and secure.

the studio terrace was neat and clean upon arrival, i spotted that. the bed was comfortably soft and i did sleep great. the shower was spacious and had all the hot water i wanted.

the location was indeed excellent being right on gran via. everything i needed was within walking distance. the staff were helpful and the apartment had a comfortable bed.
the room i stayed in felt quite basic and was smaller than expected. the walls seemed thin which allowed noise to travel easily.

perfect location cozy apartment short walk
I appreciated the location most. The metro station was only a short walk away. The apartment was comfy and cozy. I found this exactly what I needed for my trip.
The walls are not thick. It makes you heard noises sometimes.
