i found the location convenient. it allowed easy access to many attractions. the staff was helpful in storing my luggage. a staffed desk was available from 9 am to midnight.
The room i stayed in lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear noise from the hallway and reception area, a slight disturbance.

A GREAT find in the city center!

The location was EXCELLENT, near Anton Martin metro station. It made accessing other areas simple. I found many attractions within WALKING distance, which saved on transportation costs. The room was surprisingly SPACIOUS. I did not feel cramped at all.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

I also noticed there was a 24-hour reception service, which gave me peace of mind upon arrival, and it offered assistance at any hour. I saw that room service was available.

The location was very nice! It was a short walk to Plaza del Sol. I could leave my bags before check-in and after check-out! The room was clean and I got fresh towels every day. They cleaned the room daily!
The noise from the hallway and reception was quite loud! It continued late into the night.
