small balcony convenient location
the location proved very convenient, central to everything i wanted to see (it made getting around so much easier). the room included a small balcony facing the street.
i noticed the walls seemed a little thin, so i could hear some noise from the hallway.

Location good, room NOT so much
tiny window hallway noise
I was frustrated by the noise. The room was right next to the reception, so I heard EVERYTHING. It was also annoying that my single room had only a TINY window looking into the hallway. There was no fresh air. I KNEW it had a shared bathroom, but it was a walk around the hallway.

i found the location convenient. it allowed easy access to many attractions. the staff was helpful in storing my luggage. a staffed desk was available from 9 am to midnight.
The room i stayed in lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear noise from the hallway and reception area, a slight disturbance.

A GREAT find in the city center!
prime location walking distance spacious room public transportation
The location was EXCELLENT, near Anton Martin metro station. It made accessing other areas simple. I found many attractions within WALKING distance, which saved on transportation costs. The room was surprisingly SPACIOUS. I did not feel cramped at all.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

The hotel provided a lift, quite convenient for luggage. I also noticed there was a 24-hour reception service, which gave me peace of mind upon arrival, and it offered assistance at any hour. I saw that room service was available.

Awesome Location, Super Clean!
perfect location fresh towels daily cleaning
The location was very nice! It was a short walk to Plaza del Sol. I could leave my bags before check-in and after check-out! The room was clean and I got fresh towels every day. They cleaned the room daily!
The noise from the hallway and reception was quite loud! It continued late into the night.
