comfortable bedding blackout curtains rainfall shower city views
the rooms had comfortable bedding and blackout curtains, which ensured restful sleep. the bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i also appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided daily! the rooftop pool offered amazing city views.
The gym equipment was a bit dated. Some machines showed signs of wear.

This hotel had many facilities, that's real. turkish food tasted excellent and the chocolate lounge, a place with home made chocolate bites, included live music. staff was assisting anytime. They had great smiles with good service. staff assisting anytime, with the best smile with good service provided here.

the hotel location proved convenient, especially being within walking distance to the egyptian museum. felucca access was also nearby for those interested. private tour prices are a bit high though. there is many facilities to try, that's real

the location is excellent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions. this hotel is situated very conveniently. nil view rooms have a great view and are very comfortable. soundproofing is good, but you need to be on a higher floor.

Rooms are always clean. I liked that. rooms include many items, like soft towels and nice shampoo. rooms are perfect. there are big mirrors, and everything works well. the air conditioning also works very well.

professional team available lady attentive butler clean room
the team is very professional and ready to assist. the lady in red was always available when needed. hassan, the butler , was also very attentive. the rooms are very clean and restaurants serve delicious food , i found everything perfect.
the temperature in the room was a little too cold on arrival , but it was quickly adjusted.

I found the staff cute. I appreciated the warm and thoughtful service. The rooms were spacious and clean. I also enjoyed the amazing views from my room.
I noticed a lack of full length mirror in my room. It would have been a useful addition for getting ready.

fantastic stay!
amazing view delicious choice
I found the staff very polite and helpful. My room had an amazing river view. The food options offered delicious choices, i especially enjoyed the pastries at the lounge. I always found the hotel to be very clean, everything was perfectly maintained.

My room included a king bed and separate sitting area. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. I had a safe in the closet for valuables and a mini bar stocked with drinks.

attentive staff friendly staff executive lounge complimentary pastries minibar charge small pool crowded pool
i was really impressed with the service i received. the staff were friendly and very attentive. the executive lounge provided complimentary canapés and pastries all day. it had a happy hour too.
i found some issues . the minibar charge was rounded up without offering change. the pool was small and overcrowded. the dinner at the turkish restaurant did not impress me much.
