I found the staff cute. I appreciated the warm and thoughtful service. The rooms were spacious and clean. I also enjoyed the amazing views from my room.
I noticed a lack of full length mirror in my room. It would have been a useful addition for getting ready.

fantastic stay!
amazing viewdelicious choice
I found the staff very polite and helpful. My room had an amazing river view. The food options offered delicious choices, i especially enjoyed the pastries at the lounge. I always found the hotel to be very clean, everything was perfectly maintained.

My room included a king bed and separate sitting area. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. I had a safe in the closet for valuables and a mini bar stocked with drinks.

The hotel offered easy access to major attractions. The river views were excellent from most vantage points in the hotel. Local shops and restaurants were within walking distance, i found it very convenient.

Breakfast included a wide selection of hot and cold items. The restaurant's menu had many international dishes. The pastries are very delicious in the lounge, i recommend them to everyone.

The staff was very polite and quick to respond to requests. Housekeeping kept my room very clean . Concierge services helped me arrange tours and transportation, it was very easy

i was really impressed with the service i received. the staff were friendly and very attentive. the executive lounge provided complimentary canapés and pastries all day. it had a happy hour too.
i found some issues . the minibar charge was rounded up without offering change. the pool was small and overcrowded. the dinner at the turkish restaurant did not impress me much.
