worn mattresses limited food
the hotel felt a bit dated. the mattresses in our room seemed worn out, and it affected my sleep. also, the food selection was somewhat limited. i didn't find much variety in fish, seafood, and meat options.

the location was convenient. the main restaurant provided a separate area for gluten-free and healthy products. i liked that any cocktail could be ordered at the bar, even custom ones.
the food was very basic and boring. during my four-day stay, the food was the same every day. snack time included leftovers from breakfast with some sandwiches.

nice downtown stay
really good support thoughtful gesture kindness great app
the team's support impressed me. i had left my water bottle behind, and they arranged for it to be sent to the airport via taxi, very helpful. fatima and hilmi were really good, showing kindness and responsiveness through the lumen app. the location was also great! though the parking was expensive.
The room had an issue. The mirrors were dirty and covered with fingerprints, which wasn't the best.

the room included a minibar stocked with various beverages and snacks, replenished daily, offering convenience. blackout curtains ensured a dark room, perfect for sleeping, and a safe was available for securing valuables. fresh towels were provided daily.

A satisfactory experience
great location helpful staff tired room fly problem
The hotel location is GREAT! It is close to the long promenade. The staff was helpful from arrival to departure.
The room decor looked a little tired. The hotel could use a refurbishment. I also noticed flies in the bathroom EVERY day and reported this issue.

vegan options seamless transfer supportive staff
The transfer to the Land of Legends and the beach was seamless. The vegan and vegetarian options were great at the restaurant. Reception, cleaning, and restaurant staff were all supportive. I appreciated Mr Bilgenin's help at reception, and Miss Lovely at the lobby bar was very kind.
