convenient location generous amenity
The hotel is located right next to Bencoolen MRT station making travel easy. Complimentary water was available throughout my stay a generous amenity.
The hotel could use some updating as the furnishings seem dated.

the location rocks, near bencoolen mrt! we even got upgraded from a standard twin to a superior twin, yes! our room was super spacious, and it was really clean, which i loved. they let us check in way early, a total win!
those curtains are see through! i seemed like everyone could see me at night when the lights are on. it's a little too exposed for my taste, needs blackout shades!

the hotel has free tea, coffee, and water near reception, i thought it was a great touch. it provided a nice area to relax or wait, especially helpful for early arrivals or before heading out for the day.

the staff were so helpful! they gave us an upgrade and let us check in early. i found them polite and very attentive to all our needs, makes a big difference when you are travelling.

no dining on site, bummer. but you can get food delivered easy! there are also tons of places to eat nearby, i liked the waterloo street hawker centre, it has many delicious options to try.

train station easy travelling many restaurants staff reminder dark room electronic plugs old bathroom
the hotel is next to the train station, and travelling around the area was quite easy. plenty of restaurants surrounded the hotel. the staff reminded me about some gifts a friend left for me at the reception.
the room assigned was a bit dark. there were not many electronic plugs to charge devices next to the bed. the bathroom looked older.
