christina at reception was a wonderful help. i really enjoyed the classic egyptian themes throughout the hotel. the cafe on the ground floor offered good value. the reception lady was also efficient and friendly.
the toilet emitted a sewage odour. i noticed this even after the room change. the beds also lacked comfort.

The room offered ample space and included new towels daily. Housekeeping was thorough. They regularly provided bottled water, tissues, and shampoo. The breakfast included a nice variety.
The furniture is a bit outdated.

The staff were attentive, showing a genuine interest in ensuring guests felt comfortable and welcomed. The reception readily arranged a taxi at 5 am and secured the driver's ID (i appreciate this) for our safe transport to the airport.

the staff were genuinely amazing and always helpful. they assisted with directions and local tips. the breakfast was delicious with a varied selection of egyptian dishes. i also appreciated the quick resolution of a minor maintenance issue in my room.
the street noise at night was a bit loud. light sleepers might want earplugs.
