the breakfast was good , but the selection could be improved.
my room only had one face towel , which was not sufficient for a hotel of this supposed caliber. i found this lack of basic amenities disappointing. more towels are necessary for a better experience.

fine view convenient atms friendly staff
The room featured a balcony with a fine view of the Nile River. I found several ATMs located conveniently near the shopping center. Staff members were friendly, and the hotel lobby displayed a great design, and breakfast had nice options, though the place was crowded.
The hotel feels like it needs some updates in furniture.

fantastic view rooftop restaurant panoramic view
the room had a fantastic city view from its balcony! it was a king executive room nile view. the rooftop restaurant provided great panoramic city views, the staff were friendly there.
the hotel gym equipment seemed a little dated though it was functional.

the breakfast offered plenty of choices. the hotel manager was very helpful. the location felt secure at all hours.
my room looked dated, the decor did not match the pictures online. i saw mold in the bathroom. staff tried to charge extra for my child's bed.

responsive staff breakfast service amazing view corner room
the hotel staff, including those at the front desk and in housekeeping, were very responsive. i found the room to be clean , and the breakfast service was excellent. the views of the nile from the hotel are amazing. i was very grateful for the corner room i received.
the hotel does not serve alcohol , something to consider.
