fantastic experience
helpful concierge professional staff spacious room
i was grateful for the helpful concierge i found. the reception staff i encountered was professional. the room i booked was spacious and very clean. i really liked the hotel's great location near to the city center and shopping areas.

the breakfast presented an excellent variety. the presentation of food i requested tasted nice. i noticed the service was attentive, with staff members ensuring that all guests had what they needed and were comfortable.

the skyline beautiful king room offered amazing views of the skyline. i saw that modern technology buttons were installed for easy operation. the bathroom includes a separate bathtub, a shower, and a well lit vanity area that i liked.

the hotel sits next to the zeil mall and also near the city center. i found it was easy to reach several shops and restaurants. there is also easy access to public transportation, that i found very convinient.

the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival that was really nice. yulija from latvia was a gem, a lovely hostess. saeed gave good recommendations for places to eat, a very helpful person, in my opinion.
