charming stay near everything
rooftop restaurant helpful staff city views
the room included complimentary slippers which I liked. staff was helpful with directions. I found easy access to nearby shops and eateries, a great convenience. the rooftop italian restaurant had nice city views, offering a unique experience.
the elevator felt small with luggage.

the gym has three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. a business center provides computers and printers, it supports working remotely. vending machines are available on several floors with snacks and drinks.

the hotel is 200 metres from the airport train, it is very accessible. several cafes and restaurants are nearby, providing many choices. the hotel is close to largest malls.

I enjoyed the breakfasts. The ambiance made it really special. the staff at reception were super helpful to me! i had a great view for new years, i was very lucky.
The room was a little warm. The a/c was not as powerful as i expected.

mixed experience with some issues
inadequate air conditioning poor bathroom lighting
the air conditioning in my signature suite was inadequate. i could not adjust the temperature, so the room was uncomfortably warm at night. the bathroom had poor lighting, it made it difficult to see properly when using the mirror.

insufficient curtains poor sleep quality
The location was great. It was near the shopping district, about 5-7 minutes walking distance.
the room curtains did not fully darken the room (even when fully closed). there was still light coming in. this impacted sleep quality. i found this frustrating as i needed a dark room to rest properly.

city center delight!
handy supermarket rooftop restaurant fantastic view nice staff
I loved this hotel's location! the biggest shopping centers were only 400 meters away, and there was a handy supermarket right next door. i had a marvelous time at the rooftop restaurant. It boasted fantastic city views. i found the staff nice and helpful.
The air conditioning was just for show. It didn't really cool the room very much!

The room felt very cozy and comfortable. It was perfect for one person. the tv allowed streaming with amazon prime. That was a bonus for evening relaxation. opening the windows was easy. I enjoyed the fresh air throughout my visit

The rooftop italian restaurant is excellent. It features amazing city views. breakfast was good with plenty of variety! the breakfast area is located on the hotel's top floor. It feels airy with pleasant views.
