the room included complimentary slippers which I liked. staff was helpful with directions. I found easy access to nearby shops and eateries, a great convenience. the rooftop italian restaurant had nice city views, offering a unique experience.

the air conditioning in my signature suite was inadequate. i could not adjust the temperature, so the room was uncomfortably warm at night. the bathroom had poor lighting, it made it difficult to see properly when using the mirror.

The location was great. It was near the shopping district, about 5-7 minutes walking distance.
the room curtains did not fully darken the room (even when fully closed). there was still light coming in. this impacted sleep quality. i found this frustrating as i needed a dark room to rest properly.

I loved this hotel's location! the biggest shopping centers were only 400 meters away, and there was a handy supermarket right next door. i had a marvelous time at the rooftop restaurant. It boasted fantastic city views. i found the staff nice and helpful.
The air conditioning was just for show. It didn't really cool the room very much!

The room felt very cozy and comfortable. It was perfect for one person. the tv allowed streaming with amazon prime. That was a bonus for evening relaxation. opening the windows was easy. I enjoyed the fresh air throughout my visit
