Excellent Hotel Experience

restaurant connections cute environment friendly server

The service was really good! The front desk assisted with restaurant connections for my group, easing the entire stay. Ivan and Noah at the bar made a cute environment, especially for after-dinner drinks. Greta, another server, was friendly and kind.

The area around the hotel felt unsafe during the night, I noticed. Walking back, I didn't feel secure, so I think it is important to note.

Fantastic Stay!

efficient check-in fresh breakfast spacious room

I found the check-in process very efficient (loved the quick service). The breakfast had ample choices and everything tasted fresh. My room was super clean and very spacious. I also used the enclosed parking at the hotel. This was very convenient.

The immediate area surrounding the hotel was a bit rough. I didn't feel completely at ease walking alone at night (I always kept an eye on my surroundings).

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed all my questions. The breakfast service was efficient. Staff kept the buffet well-stocked and clean. I really appreciate their responsiveness and positive attitude.

clean room friendly service equipped room

the rooms were very clean and well equipped. the service from the restaurant staff was friendly. i found my first address in this area.

breakfast did not have forks and juice. the shower hose was poorly installed, so the shower jet was not vertical. noise from outside greatly affected the room even when the window was closed.

the breakfast buffet was pretty standard , exactly what i expected from a hotel like this.

the location was less than stellar , i must say. the area surrounding the hotel felt quite seedy , particularly at night. i encountered some rather unsavory characters and felt a bit uneasy walking alone after dark.
