unpleasant smellbroken television

i found the room to have several issues. the tv didn't work at all. the hallway had a strong, unpleasant smell of smoke, it bothered me a lot. the room itself also smelled of smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking floor so that wasn't good.
