convenient access friendly staff nice breakfast
The location provided convenient access to many attractions. The staff members were friendly and helpful . I found the optional breakfast to be a very nice addition to the hotel services.
The elevator was very small , barely fitting two people.

inadequate pillow temperature control
The staff were kind. I guess that's something.
the room was so hot. i couldn't regulate the temperature at all! plus, the bed only had one tiny pillow, just ridiculous. trying to sleep on my side was impossible.

small elevator poor insulation
the elevator was excessively small, a definite inconvenience when handling luggage. it barely accommodated two people. the room lacked proper sound insulation. i could hear noises from the corridor and adjacent rooms which interrupted my sleep on several occasions.
