superb location complimentary upgrade comfortable environment
This was my first time at the hotel. The location is genuinely superb and convenient. I received a complimentary upgrade to a double room, a very nice surprise given my week-long stay. The staff was amicable, and the hotel maintained a clean, comfortable environment.
The hotel could use some minor updates. I noticed a few areas with slightly worn paint.

mediocre dish extra charge
The location was acceptable. The metro station is close. Numerous shops are also nearby.
The room service was disappointing , as I ordered a dish from the hotel restaurant 's menu , but it was mediocre. There was no welcome drink. The hotel didn't even offer water without extra charge.

safe location charming room comfortable beds super clean cleanliness
the location IS quiet and safe, close to many amenities. I found the charming room big. There were comfortable beds and everything was super clean clean. I will stay there again for SURE.
it was WARM in the room and the ac was not working as expected. i didn't have a 'do not disturb' sign in the room.

the staff provided an early check in. they also granted a late check out, which i appreciated. the staff went above expectations.
