This was my first time at the hotel. The location is genuinely superb and convenient. I received a complimentary upgrade to a double room, a very nice surprise given my week-long stay. The staff was amicable, and the hotel maintained a clean, comfortable environment.
The hotel could use some minor updates. I noticed a few areas with slightly worn paint.

The location was acceptable. The metro station is close. Numerous shops are also nearby.
The room service was disappointing , as I ordered a dish from the hotel restaurant 's menu , but it was mediocre. There was no welcome drink. The hotel didn't even offer water without extra charge.

the location IS quiet and safe, close to many amenities. I found the charming room big. There were comfortable beds and everything was super clean clean. I will stay there again for SURE.
it was WARM in the room and the ac was not working as expected. i didn't have a 'do not disturb' sign in the room.
