The staff offered good recommendations, THAT was acceptable.
THE shower had inconsistent temperatures, cycling between hot and cold constantly. the cleanliness wasn't great either. THE worst part was someone entered my room at 10am while i was asleep.

I found a couple of issues . the room's air conditioning seemed broken, so it was either too hot or too cold. also, the staff wasn't very proactive in addressing this. I wish they'd been more attentive to the room temperature issue, (it made sleeping difficult).

i loved the breakfast it was a solid 10 out of 10. i found it very close to subway stations so moving around the city was easy especially to landmarks. many services and stores were around. it was close to train stations if i wanted a day trip. the hotel was super clean which i appreciate.
the bathroom seemed designed for someone very tall. stepping over the shower was tricky i had balancing problems. i think older guests might find it difficult. also the towel racks were placed quite high for me to reach.

i stayed in a solo room it was great all the details were perfect. the bed was huge which was a nice surprise for a single room. i could hear people entering their rooms though it was generally quiet.
