ABSOLUTELY fantastic stay!
central location amazing view helpful staff
THE location ROCKS and it is close to everything! I could easily walk to major attractions. My room had A view of Notre Dame from the window, Very nice. I also like that the staff was available ALL the time AND very helpful.
the elevator can be slow, ESPECIALLY during peak times.

The hotel sits right across from Notre Dame CATHEDRAL. Many restaurants, wine bars and jazz clubs surround it. It is ALSO a short walk to the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay so you can SEE a lot of ART.

The rooms have REALLY clean linen and comfy beds with good pillows. Clean towels are provided daily. The hotel has A quirky design THAT I think gives it a lot of charm and makes it nice.

The breakfast pastries were so delicious. I also had fresh juice and yogurt AVAILABLE EVERY morning, so it was a good way to start the day. There is a GREAT café right below the hotel.

The staff speaks MANY languages so communicating was never a problem. The staff are friendly AND work hard to please guests. Henri was super HELPFUL. The reception is staffed 24/7 so assistance is always available.

clean room beautiful breakfast excellent location
The room was very clean and had many extras. breakfast was beautiful. The setup was lovely. the views were excellent and the food delicious. the location had easy access to the subway and there were multiple restaurants in the area.
the daytime receptionist i encountered came across as rude on both occasions.

the hotel location was perfect for exploring. it was close to many attractions. the room was large and the bathroom had a nice bath.
the hotel common areas were not in the best condition. some areas needed cleaning. the room design was unusual it had an uncomfortable layout.

The location was GREAT! It was right across from Notre Dame, and I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were very helpful and courteous. My room had complementary water and tea and coffee, WHICH I appreciated.
The stairs to reach the reception were a bit of a hassle, ESPECIALLY with luggage. I noticed some scuff marks on the walls in the hallways. The WiFi signal was unreliable at times. It.

Fantastic Location with River Views
helpful staff reasonable price
I had a double room on the backside. The location was perfect. It provided quick access to many attractions and great restaurants. Henry, a staff member, helped with our suitcases up the stairs, which I found helpful. Breakfast was very good, and it was available at a reasonable price.
The room provided had little hanging space for clothes and no USB charging points were available near the bed. The television was also quite small, and the remote control did not work well. The bathroom lacked a stand-up shower, and there were limited hooks for hanging items.
