Acceptable Location, Significant Room Issues
small room low shower head
The hotel had a fantastic location near multiple metro stations. It was easy to get around town because of this location.
The room was too small. I couldn't close the toilet door because there was no space. The shower head was also installed at a very low height.

excellent location numerous cafes
the location is excellent, it's super close to metro lines 4 and 10, i really enjoyed it. there were many cafes and creperies on the street (so many options!).
the elevator barely fits one person with a suitcase, it was a squeeze.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly on arrival the room was clean and well equipped with a refrigerator and kettle i appreciated being able to make coffee the location was great with many dining options nearby the breakfast was adequate with croissants baguettes cheese and yogurt
the elevator was small it barely fit one person with a suitcase

the hotel is conveniently located near the st-michele and notre dame rer and metro station a quiet street allows easy access to cdg airport and main rail stations it is also central for visiting main attractions

charming stay close to notre dame
lively restaurants helpful staff clean room easy walk
the location was amazing. i found many lively restaurants and souvenir stores close by. it was an easy walk to the metro and notable tourist spots like notre dame and the louvre. i liked that the front desk staff was helpful. i appreciated our room was cleaned daily during our multiple-night stay.
i found the elevator quite small. it seemed to only fit one person with luggage.

The hotel is perfectly positioned close to the metro and train. notre dame is only a 5 minute walk. the louvre is a 15 minute walk. It seemed convenient! i found the neighborhood very accessible.

The hotel has an adorable entrance, and the interiors create a lovely authentic atmosphere. there is a beautiful spiral staircase connecting the floors. the entire premises are well maintained and clean. That was appreciable.

uncomfortable bed lack of pillows
The breakfast was included, so that part was acceptable.
The room I reserved months in advance was not available upon arrival. I was downgraded to a very tiny single room so this change ruined my expectations. The bed was not comfortable and the lack of pillows exacerbated the issue.
