A decent stay near Notre Dame
great location comfortable bed easy metro poor insulation limited breakfast unresponsive staff
the location was excellent it was very close to the latin quarter and notre dame cathedral. the metro was only a 5 minute walk and went to major sites. the bed was comfortable.
the noise insulation between rooms was subpar i could hear a lot of noise. the breakfast was handled by one person who did not speak english and could not keep up with the demand. the buffet was constantly empty and i had to wait for bread.

Excellent stay in convenient location
excellent location attentive staff clean room
The location was excellent near the Latin Quarter. The hotel was close to the metro. This provided access to major attractions like the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre (.. ) The room was a good size and very clean. The staff was attentive and helpful .

smaller room disinterested staff
the location was very close to many attractions and underground train stations.
the room i was initially given was not what i had booked (i expected a double room). i was given a smaller room initially with two single beds. the staff were disinterested when i spoke with them the next morning (i found hairs in the bathtub).

Fantastic Location and Helpful Staff

Our room overlooked Elise de Severin across Rue St Jacques providing privacy. Staff were helpful and arranged a taxi to pick us up from the hotel after we moved to an apartment nearby because of a flight cancellation. The hotel has a lift. The double glazing worked well despite the hotel's location in a busy part of the Latin Quarter.
I found the bed to be very uncomfortable I could not sleep well The downstairs breakfast preparation could be heard every morning.

The staff helped to organize a taxi for us after a flight cancellation I was able to easily communicate my needs to them. I appreciate the attentive help received .

Divine Days Near Notre Dame
excellent location dining options easy access helpful staff
The location was excellent, close to everything I wanted explore. Nearby I found many options for dining and shops. The hotel provided easy access to Notre Dame this famous location. The staff was very helpful showing me the lift for the Metro.
The room appear a little tired, and the bathroom didn't seem perfectly clean upon my arrival.

My room faced the internal courtyard, it offered needed quiet. The space include a window, it allow natural light. It provided a calm retreat after my day.
