friendly staff comfortable pillows clean room stuck bathroom window broken blind noisy blind
the staff was very friendly. the location allowed me to easily hop on a bus (i didn't feel like walking everywhere). the pillows were comfortable too. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
the bathroom window was stuck open. the blind in the bathroom was broken. it was permanently closed, so when it was windy at night the blind kept banging against the window and kept me awake (it was a bit annoying).

large room more furniture bathroom hairs inadequate cleaning
The room was large and more furniture was available to store our belongings, a nice change from cramped hotel rooms I have experienced.
I found hairs in the bathroom, not mine I assure you so I am not certain the cleaning was as thorough as it should have been so that was rather off-putting.
