convenient location helpful staff reception service
the hotel provided easy access to a metro station. i found the staff helpful, especially with storing my luggage after checkout. the 24/7 reception provided extra security and convenience, it meant someone was always available..
the immediate area surrounding the hotel felt a bit unsettling at night. i relied on ride-sharing services after dark to avoid walking alone.

The hotel provided a Nespresso machine in the room. This was convenient. Staff members was very friendly, so my stay was excellent. I found clean rooms, everything was really super clean.
The street outside was lively at night. It was a bit noisy.

The hotel is situated on a back street. This location feels only SLIGHTLY unsafe.

The hotel staff was cute and helpful. The room offered a Nespresso machine with coffee and tea. The shower had great water pressure. Skylights allowed natural light.
The toilet and bathroom were separate and the toilet room lacked a sink.

The hotel features a prime location near a metro stop. I found the staff friendly, always ready to assist with directions! The room had a unique literary theme I found quite charming. Breakfast included a very rich selection of options.
The street did feel slightly unsafe later at night, though the hotel itself was secure.

The air conditioning in my classic queen room wasn't effective. It barely cooled the room, and i found it difficult to sleep comfortably (the room was just too warm).

a literary gem!
comfy bed friendly people
i find the room very clean. i love the tea and coffee maker it included and the super comfy bed. the reception people were friendly, they offer great tips for places nearby.
the sink stopper didn't work properly. it was difficult to release, it prevented the water from draining. rust was on the bin, especially around it on the bathroom floor, it don't look nice.
