The room had a spa robe, slippers, and a safe. I found a handwritten welcome note and complimentary water in the room. Upon my arrival I received madeleines. The executive room was comfortable.
I noticed the absence of shampoo or conditioner. The front desk suggested using hand soap.

Front desk staff were helpful, and addressed requests. Staff booked a number of things for us prior to arrival. The girls on reception sat and watched as my husband struggled to open the front door.

The breakfast area provided a great start to each day. It can be used for evening drinks as well. Staff brought coffee. The breakfast provided something to start your day with.

The room was street front and very quiet. Security was provided by a safe, and a hair dryer was available. Towels were provided. My room was cleaned daily.

The location is excellent for exploring the main sites. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many places. The hotel has a very relaxed vibe, but the staff were helpful.

the location was convenient. staff assisted with luggage storage, a great convenience. the room included a modern television, perfect for evening entertainment. breakfast each morning provided a nice start to the day.

The room I was given was quite small. I also found the noise from the street disruptive (it continued late into the night) making it difficult to sleep soundly.
