the location was quite convenient it was super close to a metro. the bed was very comfortable the room had a decent size.

Majedu and maria greeted me warmly upon arrival. the hotel's cleanliness impressed me greatly. The rooms and common areas were well maintained. i found the hotel to be very cozy. i also received a discount on an upgrade, a welcome surprise.
i noticed a slight delay once when i requested extra towels one morning.

the hotel has a superb location near transport hubs. access to both trains and buses was very convenient. it made travel to and from the airport relatively easy, despite a 90-minute journey.

The breakfast had many delicious option. The water fountain on the ground floor I found lovable. The location of the building allows close proximity to metro stations plus historical places.
The room I was assigned to was a bit too dark for me.

non-working ac unpleasant experience
the breakfast service offered a good variety. they HAVE the best hot chocolate!
i stayed there several nights and the ac DID NOT work. staff did not offer solutions to fix it. the experience was really unpleasant.
