the location was excellent. metro stations were close by , and many restaurants were around. the staff were friendly and helpful , especially at the reception. our room had a bouilloire and a fridge.
the breakfast selection was limited , and items ran out quickly. coffee was from a nespresso machine , which i found a bit disappointing. i was warned about not having hot food in the rooms during check-in.

The staff was very helpful. they provided fresh pastries each morning at the door, it was a nice treat. the location was great. I walked everywhere since most attractions were within 30 minutes. the area felt safe, and i had a gorgeous view from the balcony.
the street noise was quite noticeable at night.

The staff was super friendly! I liked that nothing was too much trouble for them. Fresh croissants were delivered every day. That was a wonderful touch!
The air conditioning was really loud. It sounded like a jet engine! the mattress felt way too soft. The bedding wasn't great either.
