street noise rattling ac unit
the staff was pleasant. it helped to have a metro stop close by.
My room was quite noisy. I could hear sounds from the street. the ac unit rattled incessantly. it made it difficult to sleep at night. also, there were no complimentary bottles of water in the mini fridge, i found it annoying.

helpful staff convenient location consistent cleaning
i found the staff very cute and helpful . the hotel is conveniently located, a short walk from the metro and many restaurants. the room cleaning service was consistent, it maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.
The coffee sachets provided in the room did not include milk. This required a separate purchase.

The location suited my needs perfectly. the building has a charming courtyard. the staff was very helpful. They answered all my questions. the bed provided a comfortable sleep .
the room was slightly smaller than i expected. it still met my needs, but more space would have been appreciated.
