helpful staff efficient transportation unimpressive entrance breakfast selection
The location was convenient I could walk to many attractions. The staff was helpful they provided recommendations for restaurants. The airport transportation the hotel arranged was prompt and efficient. My room was reasonably large for the rate.
The entrance was not excellent. The lobby was located on the sixth floor. The breakfast selection was disappointing it lacked variety.

underwhelming despite location
heavy duvet uncomfortable pillows
the hotel's location was definitely convenient for getting around to major sights.
My room was quite small, a common thing i guess. however, the duvet was so heavy and warm. It made it hard to sleep, and the pillows felt cheap and uncomfortable. i really did not sleep well.

cold breakfast rude receptionist
The breakfast was a joke. I pre-ordered it, yet it arrived late and cold. the pastries tasted like cardboard. I suspect they were left over from the french revolution. plus, housekeeping forgot new towels, and my coffee supplies vanished! and let's not forget the charming fellow at the front desk who decided yelling at me in french was the best way to handle my confusion about the breakfast order. oh, the service..

varied breakfast perfect location
The location is great. It is close to many key areas and shopping districts. the train station is also nearby. i appreciated the breakfast. It was varied and offered options for everyone.
the room lacked sufficient soundproofing. noise from the hallway was noticeable.

Excellent Boutique Experience
ideal location friendly staff
The location proved ideal, offering easy access to many attractions. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. They provided information and assistance whenever needed. I appreciated the efficiency and warmth shown . The overall cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel enhanced my experience.
The elevator was notably small. It often required waiting, particularly during peak hours. It became slightly inconvenient with luggage.

Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages. French cheese, yogurts, fresh fruit, fresh bread, and pastries were also available. The breakfast service was efficient and well-organized. I found a good selection of items to start the day.

The entrance featured a grand green door, typical of a Haussmann building. The reception area was located on the sixth floor, accessible by a lift. The hotel occupies the upper floors of the building. This design added to the charm.
