I appreciated the excellent location near metro and bus stations. Gare du Nord is a reasonable walk or a short ride away. Staff members were helpful and friendly, assisting with directions and other requests. The central location provided easy access to numerous bars and cafes nearby.
The room was not super clean. This did detract slightly from the overall experience.

I appreciated the helpful staff. They upgraded my room to a double with an ensuite. This upgrade. The room was soundproofed from street noise, a significant benefit. I would definitely stay again.
The power sockets in shared toilets were quite loose. There was only one plug available in the room. It was not enough to charge a phone and use the fan simultaneously.

The staff was super helpful and friendly I found this especially valuable as a solo traveler. The location is great with many restaurants and bars within a short walk. The bed was comfortable and provided good rest after long days exploring the area I also appreciated the daily bed-making and towel service.
The room lacked air conditioning which was a slight inconvenience during warmer days.

The sound insulation was inadequate. Noise from adjacent rooms was easily heard. It impacted the overall quality of the stay. I found this irritating.
