Mixed Experience, Some Disappointments
poor soundproofing dirty bathroom
I did have some issues . The soundproofing was not good. I could hear noises from other rooms such as coughing and snoring. I also noticed the bathroom tap was very dirty with old toothpaste. It was something I did not use.

Decent Stay in a Central Location
central location helpful staff transport advice small room removed safe missing replacement
The hotel is very centrally located. It made touring the city easy for me. The staff gave me some great local advice too! I really appreciated their help with transport and dining ideas.
The room was small (I was expecting a little more space). The room safe had been removed. I was promised a replacement, but it never arrived .

Central Location and Lovely Breakfast
central location lovely breakfast french style helpful staff
The location was very central and walkable to many sites such as Notre Dame Cathedral. It was also a short walk from the train stations. The included breakfast was lovely. I enjoyed a French style breakfast each day with croissants, yogurts, eggs, and fruit. The staff were cute and helpful when I had questions!
The room showed signs of needing some decoration, especially with wallpaper peeling off in areas.
Service
9/10
The staff answered every question I had! They seemed ready to assist with directions, recommendations, and any requests. The reception was consistently staffed, ensuring assistance was always available when I needed it.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel has a lift, so upper floors are easily accessible. This is great for luggage. There is a shared space on the main floor. This area offered complimentary coffee or tea at any time.
Rooms
8/10
The bathroom was clean and updated! The room had no carpet. This detail is beneficial for those with allergies. The room included standard amenities such as a television and a closet.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast had croissants, yogurts, eggs, cheeses, meats, toast, and fruit. The breakfast had many choices. Coffee, hot chocolate and tea were available. All were good quality.
