The staff were very friendly, and i found them helpful. I especially appreciated the evening receptionist, who gave directions to a lively area with restaurants. the breakfast waitress was also pleasant. the location was also great, being surrounded by many restaurants, bakeries, and shops. public transport was readily available and easy to access.
the room was on the smaller side. i expected it though, and it was manageable for my short stay.

The hotel offers complimentary coffee and treats. it was perfect after long days of touring. I appreciated the kind, helpful, and caring staff, too.

the staff were helpful . they provided useful directions to local attractions and helped me book a taxi. the room was clean with a comfortable bed and fresh linens.
the bathroom was very small, and the bathtub's base had some peeling. i noticed a big stain on the carpet, not very appealing. the door to the room also had some paint peeling (it really needed a fresh coat!).

Decent Stay with a Few Drawbacks
mold showerthin walls
The room was a bit old. I noticed some mold in the shower, a detail that detracted from the overall cleanliness. the walls seemed quite thin. I could clearly hear the pipes gurgling and neighbors flushing toilets, not exactly soothing at night.

the location was acceptable, near transportation.
My room was far too small, hardly room for my luggage. the bathroom seemed not well kept and it was small. the air conditioner was really dusty. I dont think they clean it very often. there were also missing light bulbs in the bathroom, not ideal at all.
