The location provides easy access to major attractions. The staff was friendly and efficient . Joanna at the front desk was particularly helpful. The hotel provided excellent service before and .
The sound insulation in the room was not very good. The road noise was quite loud. Earplugs were provided, but the noise was still noticeable. I think guests should be informed about this beforehand.

The tchaikovsky suite had everything i needed. the breakfast room downstairs provided a good assortment of food. the staff answered my questions and gave directions to tour locations. They were helpful.
the sound insulation in my room was not perfect.
