fair experience
great location helpful staff missing refrigerator unavailable pillows
the location worked quite well. it felt local and close to attractions. the staff was also quite friendly and helpful, which i appreciated.
i found the absence of refrigerators in the rooms inconvenient. storing items required a visit to the restaurant across the street. the hotel also didn't provide extra pillows upon request, a bit disappointing.

quiet area cute balcony beautiful design
the staff was lovely. my room had a cute little balcony, i was in a quiet area. it was still quite central. i found the restaurant very appealing. the design inside the rooms and all parts was beautiful.

helpful staff luggage storage clean room excellent location
i found the staff super helpful they let me store my luggage before check-in and after check-out this was very convenient i thought the rooms felt secure and were clean the location was excellent for exploring the city.
my room was quite small and the amenities felt very basic the building seemed a little tired however it was not a major issue.

the location was not far from les halles and many restaurants it made exploring very easy i found the proximity to the metro to be useful and the area was fantastic for walking and discovering local spots.

my room was very quiet for the area it was recently refurbished and looked lovely i especially liked that the shower head was quite high which was perfect for me and it was great to have a good night's sleep.

The staff was very attentive, providing excellent recommendations for local spots. The location proved perfect, within easy walking distance of key attractions. Our room was nicely personalized. It felt inviting and unique. I liked the restaurant options nearby.

the location was good with a short walk to two metro stations. the room was clean, i was charmed by that!
The hotel felt a little tired with a lot of scratches on the walls. the shower cabin with a transparent door is located in the room. It was not convenient.

excellent experience at city center
central location helpful staff
the location was central , near the train station if you arrive by eurostar. staff were friendly and helpful. i forgot a jacket , and they called to wait for me to collect it. beds are very comfortable. i would stay again.
some streets were dodgy , and the hotel felt small. i could hear my neighbor snoring. the walls were very thin.

the room had a comfortable bed and was quite clean , with high ceilings and excellent soundproofing ensuring a peaceful rest. chocolates and sweets were provided upon arrival adding a cute touch.
